PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING

We are now taking applications for next years Great Santa Fe Trail Horse Race Endurance Ride. The dates will be August 31 through September 13, 2008.

In order to properly manage the Great Santa Fe Trail Horse Race Endurance Ride in 2008, we will only be taking applications from the first 60 riders.

Each rider must have completed a sanctioned 50 mile endurance ride prior to the start of our ride. This must be verified. Individuals under 18 years old, must have over 500 miles ridden to ride by themselves. Others under 18 years old, must ride with a person over 18 years of age.

The payment schedule to enter this event is as follows:

• $1000.00 due with ride application
• $500.00 due April 15, 2008
• $450.00 due June 15, 2008

No refunds, but you are allowed to sell your position to a qualified rider to recoup your entry deposit; providing you are current on all payments.

Payments made more then 15 days late, will cause the entered rider to lose all rights to their position.

We will still have teams, although each team rider must be entered as an individual first. No additional charge for a person to become part of a team.

This ride is sanctioned by the American Endurance Ride Conference.
